Turks Kebab is a registered corporation operating in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands. We offer dine-in, takeout, catering, and delivery services, including a bar with seating. Online orders can be placed through our Wix-powered website or through the third-party delivery platform 'Order Up'.

Ordering and Payment

Customers may place orders online or in person. We accept payments both online and at our physical location. Available payment methods include credit/debit cards and cash. Once an order is placed, you may request modifications or cancellations up to 24 hours before fulfillment.

Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds or cancellations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a customer is dissatisfied or an order is incorrect, we will remake the dish as originally intended. Refunds are not guaranteed and depend on the justification of the claim.

Delivery

Delivery is available through our partnership with 'Order Up.' Turks Kebab is not responsible for delivery delays or issues caused by third-party services.

We collect customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, and payment information via our website for the sole purpose of order fulfillment. Turks Kebab does not send promotional texts or emails without explicit consent.

Gift Cards and Promotions

Turks Kebab offers gift cards which are non-refundable and must be treated like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.

Alcohol and Age Restrictions
