Turks Kebab has been serving up mouthwatering Mediterranean‑island fusion fare since 2010. What started as a tiny six‑seat shack on Airport Road has evolved into a beloved dining spot in Grace Bay, celebrated for its wholesome, fresh ingredients and laid‑back island hospitality. Founded by Zemar, a resilient local Black woman, the restaurant is more than a meal—it’s a gathering place where healthy meets hearty, local meets Mediterranean, and every bite tells a story.

At the heart of Turks Kebab is a family—and it shows. Zemar's vision is supported daily by her sons, Travis and Mario. Travis wears many hats—Operations Manager, Floor Manager, and Social Media Lead—ensuring that your experience is seamless, engaging, and unforgettable. Whether it’s curating our menu, managing the floor, or greeting you with a smile online, our family brings the warmth and authenticity that defines our dining experience.

Where It Started

It all began in 2010 with a woman, a grill, and a vision. Zemar, a local mother with fearless heart and flavor in her hands, opened a tiny shack on Airport Road—no more than six seats and a handful of ingredients. It wasn’t fancy, but it was honest. And it was hers. Day by day, meal by meal, she built something from scratch—serving sizzling meat right off the spit, wrapping it in warm pita, and topping it with island love. Word spread like good spice: locals came hungry, and they left full—body and soul. There was no grand opening, no investors, just a commitment to make good food and good vibes available to everyone who walked through her door. As the line grew, so did the dream. Today, Turks Kebab lives in the heart of Grace Bay, still grounded in the flavors and spirit that started it all. And though the space is bigger and the guest list longer, the heart of it remains: fresh food, warm smiles, and a seat for anyone who needs to feel at home—even just for a meal.

Today, our restaurant is known for fresh flavors, generous portions, and a laid-back island vibe that keeps guests coming back—sometimes twice in one trip. As demand grows, so do we. With our latest expansion underway, we’re working to serve even more guests while staying true to what’s always made us special: honest food, warm hospitality, and that unmistakable Turks Kebab energy.
